Shipping Policy For US Orders

Shipping Details:

Order of accessories is shipped within 24 hours via USPS, UPS or Fedex from our company in Oviedo, FL.
Order of machines is shipped via LTL from our warehouse in CA or NY within 4 business days after completing the payment. Tracking information will be updated once the shipment has been picked up by LTL carrier. It usually takes 2-5 business days for delivery.
Order of machines is shipped from a warehouse closer to the delivery address, unless that warehouse does not have the specific machines in stock.
Some machines may be out of stock，the arrival status will be updated on the product description page. Your order will not be picked up by LTL carriers until the machine arrives at the warehouse.

Shipping Issues:

If a customer wishes to change the shipping address after the package has been shipped, there may be additional charges.
If a package is returned to 6am Life LLC, DBA XING Laser because the customer dosen’t select the delivery time slot offered by the carrier/driver, 5% of the order amount will be charged as the fee paid to the carrier for second delivery.
The shipping carriers are responsible for damages to the products during shipping. If you find damage(s) to the packaging of your shipment upon receipt, please ensure that you retain evidences, which are necessary to file a claim with to the shipping company. Even if this is a rare occurrence, we still need to know these principles. We will work together to solve the problem and minimize our losses if it dose happen.
To protect our customers' property, orders will be reviewed and further confirmation may be required for risky transactions.
